Shiatsu is a Japanese body therapy based on stimulating energy (Ki) flow. By applying pressure, rhythmic movement and stretching; the body is re-balanced, immunity is strengthened and the nervous system becomes calm.
Acu Yoga & Meditation
This innovative form of therapy, developed by Michel Reed Gach in the 1970s, combines the poses of yoga (Asana) and the stimulation of the pressure points of the body used in Shiatsu / Acupressure with meditation techniques and breathing practices (PranaYama) Acu-Yoga is aimed at supporting my health towards a balanced state.
Moxa (derived from the mugwort plant) is a heat therapy using Japanese herbal medicine. It is placed on acupuncture points to stimulate circulation, make the immune system stronger, and help relax the body.
Acupuncture (Japanese style) is a gentler form of needle therapy than Chinese acupuncture. The needles are mainly used just at the surface of the skin. Sometimes the needles do not even pierce the skin. People more comfort and relaxing sensations with Japanese style acupuncture. Research has shown acupuncture to provide relief from chronic pain syndromes and inflammatory conditions
Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healingthrough which a "universal energy" is transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.
