But large or online yoga classes are not necessarily the right fit for everyone, especially if your movement is restricted or you're recovering from injury or surgery.

Here at Bayside Oriental Healing Arts we offer private yoga classes with a unique blend of movement practices:

This holistic and tailored approach ensures you gain all the benefits of yoga and movement, no matter how you’re able to move your body. If your movement is restricted, we can incorporate props like chairs to make certain poses more accessible. Meridian stretches and acupressure will help ease tension and invite a sense of calm and relaxation. And if you have a specific goal or pose that you’re working towards, we’ll personalise each class with that objective in mind.

What is included in yoga and movement practices?

Each individual session is tailored to your specific needs and includes:

● Initial consultation with Maree

● Personalised therapy (1 hour)

● In-home video session or in the studio


 

Each Yoga session is $100 online, or $130 in-person*
 

*We are recognised to provide this service within Home Care Packages. Check with your Home Care Package provider for the process to receive funding for our services.
